We found some pretty good deals on Cuba holidays but they had to be booked that day in order for the special offer to apply and get some juicy extras like free room upgrades and some free credit to spend at the resort spa. So seeing what good a deal there was to be had we didn’t hesitate and booked it straight awaya. We’re staying in the beautiful and famous beach resort of Varadero, a resort sprawling along 20 long kilometres of pristine beach and boasting amazing facilities, good restaurants and fabulous all-inclusive hotels beautifully dotted along the shoreline.

We fell in love immediately when we saw the pictures of the Varadero hotel we picked and its location right by a secluded section of the long Varadero beach, it simply took my breath away. But we also booked a short two-day stay in Cuba’s capital city of Havana so that we can absorb some of its rich history and colourful culture.
